Room to be in the extension: kitchen, lounge living room

Size of extension: 2 rooms Room(s) to be in the extension: kitchen, lounge/living room We are about to complete purchase of our new home on 27th of November. I am planning further extension of the house though the house was extended in 1979. I think i need to extend at least 30 to 35 square meter . I need an idea approximate budget so that I can plan and arrange budget ahead submit application For structural job By a structural engineer as well as from an architect. No sketch is done yet. We Also need to do complete renovation and remodelling. Any idea will highly be appreciated. Can some one give me advice.
