My porch is currently showing signs of wear and tear. The wood on the pillar is chipping and the material for the porch walls is cracking (not sure what the material is) I would like to change the pillars and the walls of the porch so it’s a smooth surface (like concrete/plaster etc) and then paint it white. What would I need to list this job as so that it goes to the right tradesman ?
