Hi, I have a question regarding my chimney (terraced Victorian house). The chimney has been used throughout the winter, lesss in the past couple of months. We had the chimney swept about 7months ago. Last week, some terracotta pieces came down the chimney along with lots of soot. Should I be concerned? Is my chimney lining breaking apart? Would be advicable to have the chimney swept again? The chimney looks fine from the outside but doesn't have a "rain cover" on top. Thanks!
