Concrete building & termites

Posted by christopher tracy, on
In a short-term rundown rental with concrete blocks for walls. We've found a few termites eating through some wood in the closet and some in one of the wood doors. We're hoping to stick it out here until we move in a few months. Not really a safe time to be floating around trying to find a new place. Would our foundation and frame be made of concrete also? Or is there a possibility that there's wood under there that the termites might be devouring, putting the stability of the whole place at risk? We're hoping to tell our landlord on the way out (they don't take care of the place). Appreciate any input. Thanks!
