I have had small amount of water come in through 2 downstairs concrete lintels first noticed Boxing night. Window company have come out and resealed both windows, only put in 5 years ago.
Builder just been and repoint Ed brickwork, no rain coming in but lintels showing very damp.
I have bought water seal to go outside of house waiting for a couple days good weather to apply and soak in.
Any ideas / remedies please?
