We live in a terrace of 5 houses, houses 1, 3 and 5 have their roof going from the left wall to the right pitching in the middle, houses 2 and 4 has the roof going front to back. For the roofs to meet at the top of houses 2 and 4 they go past the wall of the house and match up to the pitch of houses 1, 3 and 5. My question is, if there was any damage past my wall of the house on the roof who would take care of this as it is past my boundary? Plus the roof is covering thier property.
