It's £500 a budget too low for making plywood or MDF doors for a 90x48 inch cabinet and then install them? Thanks.

The price is about right but it falls into the "not really worth it" category for most people, by the time they have measured up, painted the unit and fitted it, there would be next to no profit. If you can add a few more jobs to the project it becomes a bit more worthwhile for somebody. It a frustrating issue for both parties, there is a a lot of these small jobs around but its is next to impossible make money from them. I don't touch anything for less than £2000 and even those can be frustrating. Somebody very local with a reasonable workshop might be able to do this. It's not cost effective for you either, you will get more bang for your buck by increasing the amount of work on offer Jon
