Sagging floorboards at one end of room

Hi I if it's on the ground floor it stands a good chance the end of a joist or joists has rotted causing the floor to drop, remove a section of floorboards to confirm this. It's then a matter of replacing the joist or joists before relaying the floorboards. Ed

A few thoughts Is it chipboard Have you had a leak are there any cracks in the wall Has a wall been taken out I would as Top notch says. try having a look. My experience suggest that the joist have dropped, could be that work has been done before and the joist not secured Jeff ( Guild Flooring )
