What to consider before making a new wood front door

Measuring up for new Front Door (Wood) when a door manufacturer sends someone to measure for a new Wood and Double glazed front door (bespoke and oversized), what measurements and considerations should they make? The door was outward opening and we not require and inward opening. We need it to be a sill less entry for a wheelchair.

Hi Avalon you would hope that whoever the manufacturer sends out would be competent enough to realise what measurements should be taken. If the door is oversized and is now opening in will there be enough room for the door to open fully, there are low level aluminium thresholds designed to be wheelchair friendly. Ed
