Oak veneer door frames

Posted by Mark Brett, on
My joiner has drilled holes in the finished oak veneer door frames and has just left the holes where the screws have gone in, how can I hide them without having to fill and sand the frames, is there any product I can use just to fill the holes to match the oak veneer?

You only option is to either plug the holes with solid oak or fill with colour matched wax, both of which you will see. If you are doing yourself go down the wax route these you can get from axminster tools, or Rutlands over the internet.
