Do trademen give receipts to their customers?

If you purchase a bathroom suite on behalf of a client and that suite comes with a 5 year guarantee, would you give them the receipt as proof of purchase so that they can use the guarantee?

Yes they should,Try to contact the supplier if you know where your tradesmen purchased it from,and give them there name and if it’s genuine the tradesmen would of even used your name as a reference when purchasing,if they find you on file they would sort the guarantee for you.
