Summer house Insulation,

Hi Experts I am looking to do up the summer house with Insulation, (roof, walls, floor), plaster boarding and a but of electrical work. One person has quoted £4000 (with VAT). Summer house is 12-15 sq metres. Any advise will be helpful Thanks
