If you are unable to quote, through no fault of our own, you can request a credit in line with our policy which can be found at rated.co.uk/RAC. I would also advise making sure that your profile site is set up and you're requesting ratings to help your chances of winning work. To update or change your profile page, log in to your account and click the ‘Web profile’ tab.
