Scope of work.
My son has purchased an end of terrace Victorian house needing renovation in London SE18. He needs a qualified and experienced person or company, (Architect??), to visit him and his partner, discuss their aims, survey or inspect the property and to scope-out a programme of work so that he can pursue the project in a sensible way as funds become available. Who can help him ?
