Purchase a 2 seater recliner November 2014. One half of the recliner is like a rocking chair and the underneath joint has come away from the frame. The company have now sent out 2 repair men who seem to have two different causes. The most recent is that it is not the frame (structure) but the mechanism. mechanism works perfectly but there is a split on the wooden frame. They refuse to replace but want to repair yet again even although the 2 repair men have a different answer
