If the doors are aluminium it will be black spot mould from condensation . If not, make a small hole in the plaster, the plaster should only be 2mm thick, if it is more, it is hygroscopic dampness from the plaster being too thick.

Since double glazed door fitted in a small enclosed hall the wall by door has black stains that look like mould.The walls dont feel damp so what could this be?
