Bathrooms suffer badly especially in winter from extreme exposure to humidity and condensation. A good extractor will help but not around the cold windows. Painting the walls with anti condensation paint will stop running condensation and adding anti fungus to the paint mix hill help too . Ventilation and constant cleaning the mould off is the only way to control it.
