Have read every source to reduce humidity level for subground flat. But mold still occurs. Also,have to 2 air vents and external walls are internally insulated.

Humidity control is science and many attempts to control it can be a waste of time! Have you looked at the HRV150-12hour fan that allience remedial supplies sell? This may be the solution. Frustratingly it is about air exchange rather than temperature control. Mould can ONLY grow with RH above 65%, this is a scientific fact!
