We constantly get condensation in our bathroom especially in the winter. We have had a new extractor fan fitted in January 2013. Condensation drips off our toilet, and windows. The new extractor fan has sorted this out wonderfully and clears it within minutes. Is this going to cause damp to the internal walls in our bathroom. We also have black mould which grows around the window in our bedroom on the plaster work. What can we do? We have the original timber frame windows.
