I live in an old mid terrace house - Accrington brick. I get black mould on the wall underneath the window but wall doesn't seem damp - settee sometimes goes mouldy. Also damp patches around chimney breast upstairs - flashing has been done but would this need repointing as 1 builder has suggested? Thank you Paula
