We are getting a lot of condensation forming on the walls in my kitchen and bathroom (both are adjoining). On the interior kitchen wall we are getting a lot of mould inside the cupboards. We have recently discovered that the neighbours had a leak several months ago on the same wall. I think the work required is two fold:
1. Dry out the interior kitchen wall.
2. Install appropriate ventilation in both rooms.
