There are no obvious signs of damp, but mould spores appeared on underside of chairs. Wood floors, carpets. Lounge: 2 rads, air brick and chimney breast ventilation. Dining room: 1 rad, door open constantly for air circulation. Would a dehumidifier suffice or would you recommend further investigation? House is 1930's. Thank you.
