We have just bought a house and in all the wet weather recently, some water is coming through the wall in the living room. We had a full structural survey before buying which didn't flag any problems, and we don't know if it's something as simple as blocked guttering or something more serious, but also don't know who to ask to come and look at it - would it be a builder?
