There is a water mark and crack in the plastic of the ceiling of a flat I purchased a few months ago. I haven't seen any water leaking through it since I have lived there and it hasn't gotten any bigger. Which trade would I call to check there isn't still a leak in the roof before getting someone to fix the plaster?
