I have had the whole house re skimmed a year ago. Im having problems with one of the bedrooms, theres mould growing on the walls. The windows are always opened to allow for fresh air to circulate and theres a vent in the wall i also keep a dehumidifier in the room. I have cleaned off the mould several times however, the mould grows back and now theres even a strong odor. The house was built in 1900 and the exterior walls are not rendered
