Damp corner in bedroonm...

I've found a damp patch in the corner of the spare bedroom (which is next door to the bathroom). I've since redone the sealant round the bath and no more moisture seems to be coming through, but I would like to get someone in to look at the extent of it, see what work needs to be done and get rid of the rotten underlay. Any help appreciated!
