I asked my teenage son to paint the garden fence and posts, the posts are attached to brick walls, he has covered the walls and path with varnish paint, I've tried scrubbing and jet washing but the paint wont come off. what am i best buying to try to remove this please, as I've seen certain chemicals that remove paint. thankyou
