What is the best hardwearing interior paint

Posted by Caroline Lane, on
I used to use Dulux Quick Dry Gloss Paint but then it soon was turning yellow in colour. I complained to Dulux and was offered their new alternative gloss paint. This is awful and gives a sheen finish and is very poor quality and is flaking off. I've prepared the surfaces well in advance. I'm about to re-do all the interior woodwork in gloss white paint and wondered what paint you'd recommend. It needs to be hard wearing as I have two young boys! I prefer gloss finish to eggshell. Hope you can help.

Hi Caroline personally I do not like quick dries, normally I use a Dulux High gloss tough durable, also used on hot radiator pipes and radiators hope that works for you. Touch dry after 6hrs recoating after 24hrs. Bob Glen Painter/Decorator
