Hi Tuze, You can rate your tradesman by logging into your account or going into our Find a Tradesman mobile app. Select 'My jobs' from the navigation as this will bring up the list of jobs that you have posted. You can then select the job from the list and click the 'Rate' button for the tradesman who completed the work for you. A tradesman can also prompt you to leave a rating by email. If you already have this email, you'll be able to click the tradesman/company name and follow the instructions to leave your rating. Best Wishes, Natalie [email protected]
