I would personally go for Dulux as it is a recognised brand with branches that will sort problems out if needed.
Valspar vs. Dulux

Our decorator is suggesting the use of Valspar paint as opposed to Dulux. Having used Dulux paint through other trades people so far, I am unsure if Valspar is a safe bet.
The areas we're painting are the whole house internally (walls, ceilings, skirting, doors).
Can anyone comment on pros & cons of either/both?
