Hi John, the best way is to buy a steam stripper from a diy centre, to scrape it off the walls when its hot and wet, this would be the quickest and easiest way. Good luck, George.

Hi. The easiest way is to use a wallpaper stripper (you can buy them for around £20 from most builders merchants) and a scraper. Alternatively you can use a sponge to soak the paper, but this is a slower process. Just be sure not to soak the walls too much as you do not know the conditions of the walls underneath . Thanks James
good afternoon. woodchip wallpaper removal is a bit of a nightmare as normally it has been coated with 20 coats of paint. firstly get yourself a bladed scraper with a long handle these can be got from any diy store for about £15 then scrape the top layer of woodchip off. once you have done this steam stripper the backing paper off which should be easy to do by then. or get a decorator in lol. stephen
