Am repainting the bathroom ceiling as the paint is flaking off(I think it's a dry wall ceiling).I sanded the wall down and used No nonsense light weight filler on cracks.
I read that the next step is latex primer sealer . However I bought Cementone flexible damp-proofer & waterproofer.
Can I use this instead and can I paint over this?
