Hi Avril, We don't recommend individual tradespeople. How we work is that we allow up to three tradespeople to quote on your job post and contact you. We then send you an emailed link to their profile pages which come complete with any relevant qualifications and ratings and reviews from past Rated People customers. I encourage you to look over these profile pages and also use our homeowner checklist (http://www.ratedpeople.com/c/homeowner-checklist) to make sure that you're hiring somebody that you're happy with.
