Hello Brendan yes you can the full process as follow. 1. Clean down with sugar soap 2. Light rub down with wet and dry 3. First coat with Dulux all purpose primer 4. 2/3 coats of eggshell Light rub down in between coats and using a tax cloth to remove any dust.
