Removing dried wallpaper paste off new wallpaper surface

Hello, I am after some advice. I have papered wallpaper to a wall. This was a couple of days ago, it's now dried but there are shiny patches on the front of the wallpaper where the paste has dried. What's the best tip for getting it off easily without damaging the wallpaper?
