Hi Sean, If a homeowner doesn't choose you for the work but you've spoken with them and had the chance to quote on the work, then you would still pay for that lead. We're not selling jobs to you, but the contact details/connection if you like. It's down to you to win each job. If you pay for a lead and you can't get in touch with the homeowner to quote on the work, then you would be eligible to request a credit for that lead, providing you meet the simple criteria we have in place (full details can be found at ratedpeople(dot)com/c/tradespeople/lead-credit-request-policy).
