How much to budget for this painting nd decorating project?

Services required: painting, wallpapering - unpatterned 1 x bedroom, 1 x lounge/living room, 1 x hallway Living room has 12 ft walls. Dado space needs a grey wash/rub effect. Main space needs painting too. Ceiling does not. Room 6m by 5m. Small Hallway needs some wallpapering and some painting, including ceiling. About 4m to by 2m. Paper to go inside moulded plaster panels. Some tricky spots with the shape of the panels (eg about 3 half crescent shaped panels ) but mostly large rectangles. Cornice needs painting. Bedroom needs wallpapering. Paper to go inside plaster moulding ‘panels’. No painting. About 4m by 3m, with about 2/3 of that wall space being papered. Surfaces are in good repair
