I foolishly also paid a 20% deposit upfront for 'materials' to this partnership, who are no longer registered on Rated People. On the day they were due to start they decided against undertaking the work we had agreed, and we have since been unable to contact them by phone or by email to discuss the deposit. So far we have been unable to find an address either - is this something Rated People may have a record of please?
