How can I provide a rating on the person who has completed my job?

I can find a way to provide a rating for the trader I used. How do I do that. I can't log in nor reset my password on the website.

Hi Scott, If you email our customer support team at support(at)ratedpeople.com and let them know your details, a member of the team can help with this. You'll need to replace the (at) with the symbol. Thanks, Natalie Ask an expert team
