They should have covered up all the units and floors with dust sheets .then cleaned up every day before they where finished .then cleaned everything When job was finished.
Should painter,decorators hoover and mop afterwards?

I’ve just had my whole flat painted and decorated by pro painter ready for tenants. The workmen left the house filthy, dust all over the floor and surfaces, they mopped upstairs but didn’t mop downstairs. And left the dirty water in the bucket In the hallway. Is this acceptable?
