Lisa, The answer to this is a long one, but the shortened version is; Strip Out Property, e.g. Bathroom, Kitchen, etc. First fix all new Pipe work and Electrics Have Windows Done Plastering Decorate Install Radiators Install Kitchen Install Bathroom, etc. Second Fix Electrics Hope this helps, general rule of thumb get all the messy work and first fixes out the way first.
