I want to replace the old wooden stairs in my garden with a steel spiral. I also need planning permission. What sort of tradesmen do I need?

First you need to find an architectural technician to apply for planning permission (should only charge around £150 for the drawing plus you'll need to provide a planning application charge). Once you've received permission (can take approx 8 weeks from date of submission) you can get quotations. I hope this helps
