I'm a tradesmen on here, I cannot buy any leads as have to add new card details & it's not working anyone else having issues as Customer service is not open

i joined rated people a while ago and when i changed my card i had to do it through customer services they have to delete your old card details then when you go to buy another job you put your new ones in i am presuming it is still the same thanks
