we want to improve a 100 year a mid-terrace 2 bed house with loft conversion & kitchen extn. should we get plans done by architect or can builder do these?

Anna, You will need a Architect to draw up plans and then present these to Local Council for Planning/Building Permission. The Builder then should be able to provide quotes for the work from the plans drawn up. Bill Pipe Dreams Plumbing Services, Bournemouth, Dorset
