Yes that is correct, unless you rent a property then you can get a Landlords Gas Safety Certificate. Otherwise for a Domestic Boiler in your property there is no certificate except for when Boiler is commissioned.

I would like my C/H boiler checked serviced and certified, but have been told this certifacate is only issued with new boiler instalations.is this correct ?
