I am getting ready to sell my house and need some general improvements before it can be put on the market. For example: plastering to the kitchen ceiling, tileing round the sink unit, new floor covering in the kitchen, painting of window frames repair of some guttering and re papering of small bedroom. Not sure if its a general tradesman I should be using. Not enough work for a builder.
