I live in a 4 bedroom council house and I need advise overall, kitchen, bathroom,painting,curtain rails for all the rooms, flooring etc
It would help if someone would assess what can be done and in which order for example:
Do I need to do the painting,decorations before the flooring? In other words in what order do I do the improvements?
