In one of columns of my current passport are only marks (<<<<) and when i insert'em the site is not allowing me to pass a first step of signing in. How can i insert a proper passport number? please help me.
PS my passport number looks like:
AJXXXXXXXXPOLXXXXXXXMXXXXXXX<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<XX
What shall i type instead arrows.
