Seal boiler flue and fix out pipe

I need to get my boiler flue properly sealed (not currently properly cemented) and also fix the outflow pipe - it currently goes straight out but need it to be bent downwards into drain. Not sure what type of tradesman could do this.

If it requires them cementing a flue personally I would hire a gas safe engineer like myself rather than a keen DIY person as this may require more expertise.

try to get a general DIY person that can do cement work, and fit a elbow to the outflow pipe easy enough job. Bob
