Would like to know what is above the gate and the height and materials of the fence or whatever beside it. A solid padlock bolt would be good and consider growing something spiky along the top of the gate

What would be best in terms of security when replacing an old wooden side garden gate to the property? Would a wrought iron gate be best or wooden or perhaps even steel e.g. commercial style?
